SHIPPING
- Once we have received the inventory, we will package the items individually, and each customer will receive an email confirming the order has been shipped + the tracking number.
- Please check your spam/promotions folder if you do not receive a confirmation email.
- All products are ready to ship unless it has the phrase "(pre-order)" next to it.
HOW DOES PRE-ORDERS WORK ?
- Production for bulk order will start once pre-orders start
- After the bulk order arrives at our warehouse (2 -3 weeks), we will ship out the packages accordingly.
- After we have shipped the items from our warehouse, the customer will be provided with a tracking number and dependent on the customer's location, shipping takes (3-14 days).
SIZING
- The sizing for the shirts runs true to size
- We recommend going with your recommended size for the more boxier fit or sizing down for a tight fit.
- The sizing for the hoodie runs slightly oversized, but we would recommend you to go true to size.
PLEASE CHECK OUR SIZING CHART FOR YOUR PERSONAL APPLICABLE SIZE.

REFUNDS/RETURNS
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for this specific time period. However, if the customer believes that the item that they have received was either damaged, used, or not in the condition as advertised, please email us at iloveyou@yazuka.clothing or send us a direct message on instagram @yazuka.clothing
